I was having trouble with my back hatch not working properly. They spent over an hour trying to make the hatch not work, unfortunately it worked perfectly when they were trying to get it to not work! properly. I had a good experience with Lexus in Montgomery. The rental car was ready, just as promised. The work was completed in approximately five hours, and they notified me when work was done.
