Ordered a 2024 Lexus NX 350h back in March on our way home from Florida to Indiana. We live in Indiana and made the 13 hour round trip to Montgomery to pick it up in June. Customer service was literall home from Florida to Indiana. We live in Indiana and made the 13 hour round trip to Montgomery to pick it up in June. Customer service was literally NON-EXISTENT after the sale. Interior cream-colored upholstery was stained with dark smudges and fingerprints along both A pillars and the headliner. Umpteen phone calls and texts unreturned from both the sales manager and other employees/management. they made no attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and order from any other Lexus dealership even if you have to wait a little bit longer to get your vehicle. I promise you’ll be so glad you did. The dealership sold between the time we placed the order and the time we picked it up so maybe that has something to do with the poor customer service. Regardless, this was the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. In fact, it’s the worst customer experience my husband and I have ever had on any larger ticket purchase. More
