My time spent at the Lexus Dealership was a good experience. I was treated with much kindness and respect while waiting for the maintenance on my car to be completed. This place is amazing. From pulling into the service bay, the service writer and the tech that work on the problem/service. I really like that the tech actually comes out From pulling into the service bay, the service writer and the tech that work on the problem/service. I really like that the tech actually comes out to talk to me when service is complete (this is for something other than an oil change). Knowing that the techs are knowledgeable about their vehicles makes one feel more comfortable returning for any other services. They don’t overcharge for their services. They certainly seem to really care about their customers. As I said in the beginning AMAZING! More

Brought my car in for an oil change. After picking up my car and heading home had to pull over. Oil light came on. My car had to be towed back to the dealership due to lack of proper oil After picking up my car and heading home had to pull over. Oil light came on. My car had to be towed back to the dealership due to lack of proper oil change. Was ready the next day. Was told that the drove the car around for 20 miles or so to make sure everything was good. Definitely didn't replace any gas after the mistake made. Won't be going back to the dealership. More
