Lisa in the service department went over and above to help us with our RX350L. After the oil service and tire rotation, she took the time to explain how to repair a little rock chip in the paint job on t help us with our RX350L. After the oil service and tire rotation, she took the time to explain how to repair a little rock chip in the paint job on the front of the car. She used 2 different types of paint (A base coat and a sealant) to get it to match. She explained and demonstrated how to do it. She even said she would order the little paint sticks for us to take care of these little nuisances on our own. This kind of service is pretty hard to find these days!! Great Job Lisa!!! More
