I had a talk with both the Service Tech and his manager who was good to call me after my earlier complaint. ! I believed the service contract was sold to me as "PrePaid Maintenance"., and would include all scheduled maintenance. I was wrong. It does and clearly said it covered 2 prepaid oil changes, but other scheduled fluid changes and the labor to do them are not included. Bottom line - communication is often difficult and communicating expectations are especially difficult. In this case my expectations did not match the detail on the document i bought. Take time to read the contract - . Thanks to LHM for taking the time to respond.
