i bought a 2018 Lexus RX 350 L from your dealer in 2018 and i had been to your dealer a couple time to fix the recall problem that issued out by Lexus headquarter then i found a plastic piece that came off from underneath of my left rear bench (second row seat)then i brought it back to your dealer and asked to be fix by one of your mechanic tech thru Joshua B.(not sure about his last name)who work as service intaker or service rep.At first i thought it's been fixed but when i got home that plastic fell out again.Then i calledseveral times later to talk to Joshua but could not get ahold of him ,i left a few message for him to me back,but he never call me back to offer to fix this matter at all. I paid more than 50,000 dollars for this SUV and it's still under warranty.
