Salesman lies about their car which has been typical of both LHM dealerships that I have done business with. When I took my vehicle in for service there was still 3500 miles and 1 month left on the oil ch both LHM dealerships that I have done business with. Recently I had an APPOINTMENT to fix a front end ding on my 2016 Lexus pur Dealership, and it is very hard for me to get quality care for my vehicle. Recently I had an APPOINTMENT to fix a front end ding on my 2016 Lexus purchased from this dealer. When I brought it in, I was told it would be too expensive to fix at the dealer and to take it to another recommended place. I am from out of town and had driven over 300 miles for assistance. I came back several days later, and requested help with the same problem. A manager in the maintenance department apologized for the above problem and told me he would get a quote to me in 3 days. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails by me I have never heard back. It has been several months. This (non)service was SO DISAPPOINTING after the excellent assistance I received when purchasing my vehicle. Needless to say I am angry and disappointed. Joshua Tate was just the best. He investigated the problem I was having with my car and solved it. The shuttle driver was the first and only driver to get my storage unit open on the first try.
