As usual, my recent service appointment with LHM Lexus in Murray was perfect! Over the 10-years I’ve been servicing my car there I’ve been impressed with the Service team’s professional, capable work. The en Murray was perfect! The customer-facing team are dedicated professionals who are really good at their jobs. I’ve worked with almost all of them over the years and they are kind, respectful, knowledgeable people. When I come into the service area I know I’ll be greeted by a friendly face and be helped quickly. The mechanics must be phenomenal! I’ve never had to come back in after a service visit because ‘something was right’. What a team! A company has many employees, but to a customer the company is ‘one deep’. I highly recommend the LHM Lexus Service Team in Murray... they are great representatives of the dealership and the Miller Family. Thanks! More
