Not your normal Lexus Experience. Car wan’t ready when we got there. They new we were coming two weeks prior. Salesman did not introduce himself to my wife who was the one getting the car. Salesman couldn’t find an office to do paper work in. Salesman could not answer most of our questions about the car. We have had a Lexus since 1991. We have dealt with dealerships in Mlps./St. Paul, Sewell Lexus in Ft. worth, Grapevine, TX Lexus, Lexus in Boise, Idaho, and the Lexus dealership in Spokane, WA. These have all been very professional, outstanding dealerships. My husband had to help put the Weathertech mats in this car. The salesperson said he didn’t know if they had any mats, and he knew that was part of the deal two weeks earlier. The young lady that showed us the technology was good. I emailed the salesman to please send me my key ring from the old car, there was nothing on the new key ring and he did not answer the emai. Then, on New Years Day, he called my husband by accident, and I talked to him and nothing was accomplished. I asked about the first service on this car and got an inane answer. I am amazed at this whole experience. It is not what we are used to when dealing with Lexus. More

Larry Miller Lexus did a good job overall in getting my wife in her dream car at a reasonable price. Only complaint is the process seemed slow: two test drives in two hours and another hour or more filling wife in her dream car at a reasonable price.
