This dealership has typically been great About 3 - 4 months ago I was in for an typical oil change. I was told my front brakes were close but could wait until I came back for my next oil cha About 3 - 4 months ago I was in for an typical oil change. I was told my front brakes were close but could wait until I came back for my next oil change. When I came back I was told not only were my brakes due but I had worn through some sensors that would cost almost as much as my brakes to replace (I am not a happy camper). I was so upset I even checked on having the brakes replaced elsewhere, but the sensors are a dealer only item and are VERY expensive. Obviously if I had known I could possibly have worn through the sensors (I took the car back for the second oil change within a hundred miles of the recommended mileage/no fudging) I would have had the brakes done the first time and avoided the entire sensor issue. I rely on these people to tell me what needs to be done and when. I paid the price and had the dealership replace the brakes and sensors on the front end, keeping it all Lexus components, but I am not happy about their recommendations. However, I will be back, they do a great job and generally take great care of me. My wife and I have bought six cars from them. More

Employees are always grumpy and service is always subpar. Previously they always would clean the leather on the driver seat because my jeans diet and I was told they refuse to do that this time. I made an advance appointment for oil change because my day was full of appointments. I made my appointment at 12:30. I arrived 5 minutes early. I had another appointment 30 minutes away at 2:00. One hour for service in the past was plenty of time for an oil change. 50 minutes in I checked with the service person when my car would be finished. And I told her I had an appointment at 2:00. I didn't get out of there until 1:50. I missed my next appointment. No compensation was offered. I rushed out so fast I didnt sign the statement. More
