I actually came to Lexus after going next door to the Toyota dealership. I went to Toyota to get another SUV, but instead I left with a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t want to give them my business. I dread car shopping but the majority of staff at Lexus were different from other dealerships I’ve been to. The employees at Lexus are very pleasant and helpful. The main salesman I worked with was James Tambourine and he is fantastic! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a new Lexus. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, trustworthy and genuine. He gave me a great deal and was completely transparent. He was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured (but he was attentive). He was always good about returning my calls and texts, he really took great care of me. Lexus has been the best dealership experience I have ever had and I love my new vehicle! My tech specialist was Keenan and I have nothing but good things to say about him as well. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I also appreciated the addition help I received from Brent, Rodney and two gentlemen in the parts department. Everyone was wonderful to work with and I appreciated all of their help. Lexus has a great team and I will refer anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to them. More

We came in for our regularly scheduled service. We had them check on our breaks and it was suggested that we replace our front breaks. We told them to go ahead with the break pad replacement. We revived a text 20 minutes later informing us that the dealership was going to waive the installation fee. The service staff determined that we hadn’t had the vehicle very long and miles were low so they covered the cost. Upon picking up the car I remembered that we needed to have the registration renewed and it required an emissions test. They completed it all within 10-15 minutes. We love dealing/working with our dealership. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. More

I have never had a good experience with the Lexus service team. They are always hard to work with and have a bad attitude. Everything we ask them to do seems to be a chore. The car has all kinds of manufactured issues I want fixed. After my tire rotation I immediately had my tie light come on. One tires pressure was at 26. They do a xxxxty job, have a xxxxty attitude and don’t enhance the concept of a mid-luxury car experience. I’m disappointed to say the least, each and every time I have to show back up. Luckily for me I’ll be in again to have my window fixed which has a bad seal, my driver side seat cooling doesn’t seem to work, my tires are constantly having issues. So bad. I have bad feelings and review for the team. This feeling is shared by my wife who brought the car in thus time. We’re an unsatisfied member of the Lexus family. More

When drove into the service bay, the service technician greeted me at my car door. As I exited, I asked him if he could also wash the car after the maintenance work was completed. He acknowledged that request by letting me know it is included in the service. How nice! And, my car was returned with the interior vacuumed and wiped down. Nice touch. More
