I now have my 4th appointment scheduled to solve the same problem of my radio and navigation not working. Two appointments ago the radio did not work when I picked it up even though they just put in a new on problem of my radio and navigation not working. Two appointments ago the radio did not work when I picked it up even though they just put in a new one. The last appointment neither the nav or radio was working. They did a hard reset and then told me not to pair my phone as they can make the system crash? Next morning, radio not working again. So frustrating More

I just went in for a recall on my car, but the dealership was excellent. They had a comfy lounge to wait in equipped with snack and drinks. My car was dirty when I went in (I live roughly 3 hours away) but t was excellent. They had a comfy lounge to wait in equipped with snack and drinks. My car was dirty when I went in (I live roughly 3 hours away) but they cleaned it up for me and topped off my tank! I am very impress and appreciate the effort they put in to making sure me and my car were taken care of for the long trip home! I will go to this dealership for all future needs! More

Thanks for the service. Appreciate much. However, I was not satisfied with the reason with the service package I purchased through the Lexus has time restrictions. Which I thought it is not reasonable and not satisfied with the reason with the service package I purchased through the Lexus has time restrictions.
