Easy Purchase This was a realativaly painless experience as far as purchasing a new vehicle goes. I went to the dealership to just test drive a RX350 had no intention of buying one. So far My wife an I are extremely pleased with the purchase, love the 2016 RX350. The sales women was very knowledgable and enjoyable to visit with. Our RX 350 was ordered which involved a waiting period and when it went over the expected time our sales women provided us an exceptional loaner (also a new RX350). This was much more than expected and allowed us to spend more time learning the vehicle. The contract person was as also very friendly and clear while reviewing the final pricing. Then their technical person schooled us on the numerous electronics and was equally qualified and personable. I have already pushed my parents to a Lexus as a result of our experience.
