I brought my RX in for one major issue I have been having with my transmission. $4800 later my Lexus is even less reliable!! I told the service advisor Lisa that my vehicle feels unsafe when I am trying to a with my transmission. $4800 later my Lexus is even less reliable!! I told the service advisor Lisa that my vehicle feels unsafe when I am trying to accelerate and I trusted her that the repairs I was paying for would fix my issue. It is worse! She gave me her cell phone to call her if I needed anything then never calls me back. Thankfully I found where Mandy went after leaving Lexus, I will be taking my vehicles to Mandy and Ethan’s shop at GT Automotive to someone I can truly trust!! I feel like I was taken advantage at Lexus with the repairs that were performed and not fixing my main concern. I feel like they did not care about fixing my vehicle for me, only upselling other work that could have been put off for in the near future and try to fix my main concern I came in for. More
