An Appointment for Convienence turned into a Job I made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10:30am and arrived at 10:40am. The first initial check in was completed and waited until after 12pm I made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10:30am and arrived at 10:40am. The first initial check in was completed and waited until after 12pm until I was advised the car had not been taken to be serviced due to not speaking with an advisor. This process was very inconveniencing and and truly a waste of my precious time hence the reason an appointment was made. After all of this, I did not depart Lexus of North Miami until almost 2pm. Incompetent! I have never been to this dealership but I have never been to this dealership but they have incorrectly added my number to one of their customer profiles. I have had about 15 to 20 calls abou I have never been to this dealership but they have incorrectly added my number to one of their customer profiles. I have had about 15 to 20 calls about my "insurance claim and repair." I have repeatedly called and asked for them to remove my number and was treated poorly by what sounded like bad mannered teenage girls in customer service that could obviously care less. I blocked the number but annoyingly they are still able to leave voice messages. Last week I found the email of the general manager of this place and sent him a message. Never heard back. Of course, I didn't expect that I would, but I hoped he would put a stop to it all the nonsense. Imagine my surprise when I got a text message from them today asking me to review their service! Hopefully you will be treated better if you go there. Just make sure they get your phone number right! More
