I am going to rate this a five star dealership. However, I did have a negative experience on the phone with the service scheduler. When I asked for a specific service rep, she continually referred However, I did have a negative experience on the phone with the service scheduler. When I asked for a specific service rep, she continually referred to transferring my phone call to them. This was a bit confusing to me. Especially due to the fact of the new AI phone Agent called Brooke. I asked the service scheduler not to transfer me to them believing she was transferring me to Brooke. I wanted to speak to the service agent that I always go to after several times of trying to make myself clear. She then told me that them was a pronoun that she preferred to use rather than the person's name. I respect and have high regard for individuals that wish to use non-binary pronouns. However, it would've been much clearer if she would've taken the time to just use the person's name. It was clear and she should have known that there was a miscommunication occurring that was upsetting the person on the phone. She told me I don't use these pronouns. That's fine! When there's confusion simply use the person's name. Don't upset customers and individuals on the phone confusing them. More
