Stay away from this dealership, service was horrible. They said that you can bring your oil change coupon but after oil change did not take the coupon. I never asked for tire rotation but they did it and They said that you can bring your oil change coupon but after oil change did not take the coupon. I never asked for tire rotation but they did it and charged us extra money. Manager and staff were rude and aggresive, No one should use this dealership, we bought out Lexus from them but they did not care. I had worst experience of my life. These people should be fired, they did not want to communicate. service staff even did not want to connect me to someone who could help us. We were helpless, had to pay extra to get our car back after oil change. worst experience of our life !!!!! More
I have just made my permanent move to Ventura. I have been a Lexus Owner for 30 plus years. My previous dealer was in Palm Springs CA and I also have had the upmost positive comments about them. Lexus is a very customer orientated business and treat their value customer base extremely well. As Customer/Guests we appreciate it. You are now my Lexus Location that I will exclusively trade with. Thank you I have 2 employee compliments that I am going to complete below. I WAS NEW TO THE AREA AND THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE TECHNOLOGY IN MY NEW 2022 HP 350. AS YOU KNOW IT IS A REAL CONTRAST FROM PREVIOUS YEARS. THEY WERE EXCELLENT, PATIENT, AND COMFORTIING.
