Purchased a Acura amd a week after having it it began to shake and vibrate at only 36,000 miles . I made a appt with service and I was told by the service manager that I needed to take it Acura. I have been sick but once I am better I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau because they sold me the car . I did not get a carfax I was told it was in a accident and that could be why its shaking idk but whatever the issue is they should of fixed it before they sold it or once I took it back fixed it. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a car. At 64 yrs. old I have bought many. Not only gave me a fair price on the new car, but gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Staff very fr buying a car. At 64 yrs. old I have bought many. Not only gave me a fair price on the new car, but gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Staff very friendly. Managers very friendly. Even the GM called me and thanked me for stopping in, even before I decided to buy. They don't play around, they make the deal.
