Lexus of Palm Beach was amazing to deal with. Our sales guy, Steven was awesome! He was so patient with us, spent almost a whole day with us, drove so many cars. We never felt pressured and Steven gave us good honest feedback. We left undecided and after hours figured out what car we wanted to go with. Steven and just manager helped us after hours to ensure we got in the vehicle we wanted. We are very happy with the decision to drive from Stuart to purchase our vehicle here. The service from the management and financial department was great and of course we are elated with our choice of vehicle. The 2023 GX460 is better than we had hoped for. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will visit them again. More

My service advisor is nice and honest. He informed me upon inspection what should be done to my vehicle with no pressure, but the cashier named Arlington Spencer is rude and disrespectful. He informed me upon inspection what should be done to my vehicle with no pressure, but the cashier named Arlington Spencer is rude and disrespectful. I came and stood in front of him, but the man didn’t bother looking up and care that he has a customer. He was playing with his phone until I called him out. After I told him what part I looked for, he went to the back to get it. When came back the man threw it, I really meant he threw it, on the counter in front of me as if he threw a dog a bone. I can’t believe Lexus of Palm Beach has an employee like that one to serve it’s customer. More
