I’m very pleased with the sales staff as they were very accommodating with test driving 2 vehicles. The negotiations went much smoother than I expected. No haggling whatsoever with my counter offer. Ron and Alex, the two sales associates, were extremely patient when a misunderstanding caused a bit of a delay in finalizing the purchase. My misunderstanding certainly caused some frustration with the staff, but they remained professional and polite. My one and only issue with Lexus of Palm Beach was the removal of the $699 dent protection that was on my signed offer that they had accepted. I did not notice this until I got home. The final price I agreed to pay was correct, but the removal of this on the final sales contract was disappointing. I can’t imagine that this was an oversight on their part, but I don’t know for certain. I am quite happy though with the outcome. I got a very fair deal on a 2024 RX350. More
