Sales staff and financial representative were courteous and friendly. My one criticism was that the $350 charge for not continuing to lease another Lexus at the lease end. This was not pointed out to me an and friendly. My one criticism was that the $350 charge for not continuing to lease another Lexus at the lease end. This was not pointed out to me and of course it is my fault for not reading the contract beforehand. If I had done so, I would have walked out of the dealership before signing that. I am 76 years old and I’m not sure that I will be driving after 39 months. More

$438 for an 80,000 mile service on my 2014 Lexus 450H SUV. $43 of that was for waste disposal of the oil. $165.82 for oil change and new filter $40.96 for two front wiper blades - parts only and $89.95 SUV. $43 of that was for waste disposal of the oil. $165.82 for oil change and new filter $40.96 for two front wiper blades - parts only and $89.95 for labor for $80K service inspection to tell me the brakes and tires are fine. I arrived at 7:30 am and then waited 90+ minutes for service advisor to see me as their service meeting went long. Bad coffee, no snacks or food, no bottled water, no car wash. What a horrible experience. AutoNation has really gone downhill during the pandemic and become a rip-off. Next time I'll have this serviced at another non-AutoNation dealer to have the "Lexus" experience that I have come to expect. More
