Our car was recently in for the 30,000 mile service by a dealer in MA and immediately after, we started having braking issues at high speed. I called the dealership myself, and to my relief, was told the part had arrived to fix the console and appointment for Oct. 21 was made. When I arrived, I was told that the console part would be replaced, and I was given a courtesy car until the following day. I picked up the car the following day and was amazed at the excellent job done to make the repair. Other than waiting a week for a phone call, my experience was very good. More
