Honestly, Im disappointed that this is the only lexus dealership close to my home. I had an appointment and waited two hours for a tire rotation & multipoint inspection. I waited at least 30 minutes befo dealership close to my home. I had an appointment and waited two hours for a tire rotation & multipoint inspection. I waited at least 30 minutes before the service advisor even approached me to discuss my vehicle. She lacked knowledge & had no idea why I was even there. Very unimpressed with this location. More

Very satisfied with the purchase. At no time I felt I was pressure to buy a car, it was completely up to me. One thing not to happy, I was promise a great deal because I as consider a VIP customer due to th pressure to buy a car, it was completely up to me.
