I have been a Lexus customer since 1993 & this is the 1st time I’ve had a problem. Getting through to the service manager was difficult- I left messages & he claimed he never got them. Service was done as expected. However when I came to pick up my car, the key was misplaced. After 20 minutes of waiting I was given a ride back to work and was told my car would be delivered to me once the k up my car, the key was misplaced. After 20 minutes of waiting I was given a ride back to work and was told my car would be delivered to me once the key was found. Eventually the key was found and my car was delivered. But not a word of apology from anyone other than the valet who delivered my car. I had asked twice for the service department manger to call me but apparently he is too busy. More
