Love my Lexus but the dealer is terrible. They do not honor the extra warranty that I purchased and misrepresented the coverage. I was injured by the trunk of my car that spontaneously came down on my head. When I called twice, I had no response. When I called them again, I was stonewalled and they could care less that I had a blunt came down on my head. When I called twice, I had no response. I would like to thanks Mr. Mike Simms for his knowledge and help in the purchase of my new Lexus RX30. Mr. Simms was the only sales person to walk out and greet me as I came in. I only told Mr. Simms I did not want the color of White, Red or Black with beige interior and no black. I was interested in a SUV only. He then told me what was available in a 2020 not in 2021.
