This is my return visit since the last time I was there they did not perform this fix. The fix was not completed until I wrote to the Lexus corporation. Of course they said this resolution to my problem wa they did not perform this fix. The fix was not completed until I wrote to the Lexus corporation. Of course they said this resolution to my problem was just created by the engineers that Lexus which probably is the case, although nobody called me to let me know and I was only made aware of it after I wrote to the Lexus. I'm sure this was somewhere in the works right around the time that I brought my car in and the service advisor said that he spoke to a manager about it and the manager said there was nothing that could be done about it. But as soon as I wrote to Lexus of course then the manager said that there was something they could try. Did anybody say anything about this before, no. Even if it was just created, they could have called me right after I left but nobody ever called me. They could have fixed this problem when my vehicle was there just weeks before instead of having me bring it back and waste my time, gas,... I would not go to this dealership because they do not listen to the customer. I do not ever take my vehicle through a machine because machines are known to leave hairline scratches on dark vehicles. That is a given. I specifically told the person that checked my vehicle in not to wash it unless it was a hand wash into only vacuum it. He said he would check to see if they hand wash and would not do it if it was not a hand wash. My advisor told me when I was done that my car was run through the car wash. I was very upset and all my service advisor told me was that they have found that the machines do not leave scratches. Not I'm sorry or anything that was all he said. I will not be going back to this dealership because I cannot trust them. More
