I’ve bought and sold many cars in my lifetime. By far the best experience yet. Chris was outstanding. Francesca Schintu my service advisor was terrific. Lexus should be very proud to have her. She is a valuable employee and I highly recommend Lexus Of Palm Beach for service because of her. Brought my car in for 35,000 service on a Friday. I also needed 2 new tires. I specially asked the Manager for a multi point inspection. They made notes on my paperwork that Tires, Brakes, and Batter I also needed 2 new tires. I specially asked the Manager for a multi point inspection. They made notes on my paperwork that Tires, Brakes, and Battery all tested good. I did not receive checklist paperwork as I had in all previous service visits. The next day (Saturday) my car wouldn't start (after driving to store) because my battery was dead. It tested 20% health. In addition, breaks started squeaking as I left the dealership the day before. I was then told I needed to have another jump on Monday (because roadside doesn't issue new batteries??) and drive my car to the dealership then to have the Battery replaced. I had to cancel my entire morning to do so. So, now I have lost groceries and I had to cancel all my clients on Monday morning costing me a ridiculous amount of money. I obviously received nothing other than a tire change and the service department could care less about actually servicing my car. What has happened to Lexus? I have purchased 5 Lexus cars in the last 10 years. I am moving to Mercedes/ BMW next. Lexus is just another brand now. Sad to see. Im done. More
