Dealership was clean, check in was fast and efficient. I was told it would take 1 hour. After waiting 2 hours I tried to speak to my service person, Brian and was told he was with a customer. Waited 10 More

I have been away. I did try to reach you today around 5:20 pm. I was getting nothing but recording to press this or that to reach various department or hold for operator and no one answered my call. I hung up. I am still not very happy with my experience of service on my 2017 Lexus.
