I have been using PB Lexus since 2011. I love my ES 350 and the service the dealership provides. Rick our service advisor is the best. I recommend him to everyone. Tim, my service person was extremely nice but he told me my car would be ready in 1 1/2. It took three hours till I got it back. It never wasn’t cleaned inside or out. We’ve owned Lexus cars since 2003. This is the first time I bought from Lexus of Palm Beach. When my car was returned three hours I was told there was sap on my front windshield and to remove it I would have to do a full detail detailing of the car and pay for it. Previously, my cars.came from JM Lexus. I never had any issues with them or their service department. Very, very disappointed with your service department. More
