Honestly, Im disappointed that this is the only lexus dealership close to my home. I had an appointment and waited two hours for a tire rotation & multipoint inspection. I waited at least 30 minutes befo dealership close to my home. I had an appointment and waited two hours for a tire rotation & multipoint inspection. I waited at least 30 minutes before the service advisor even approached me to discuss my vehicle. She lacked knowledge & had no idea why I was even there. Very unimpressed with this location. More
I had a serious problem with my vehicle and between Francesca , service mngr. and Paul the shop mechanic , they got to the root of the problem. Visited on 9/22/21. appointment was for 12:30. I arrived at 12:40. I was told Francesca would see me. I waited 25 minutes, no Francesca. Found someone else and Brian appeared. He did rush my car arrived at 12:40. I was told Francesca would see me. I waited 25 minutes, no Francesca. Found someone else and Brian appeared. He did rush my car thru the service. He came and got me from the waiting room and told me my car would appear shortly. I waited 10 minutes and finally went to sit inside. It took another 5 minutes to arrive. Today, 9/28, valet service noted a piece of plastic hanging from the underside of my car. Is this a result of something done during the servicing of my car? I can't drive back to the dealer, so have to have it checked by a local repair shop. Now asking me to rate employees I interacted with. None are listed. I have to fake one to be able to post. More
