My car went dead in the garage. My wife suggested that I call AAA. I remembered that Lexus has a similar service. I called and within 25 minutes Lew Fleischer was there replacing my dead battery with a br call AAA. I remembered that Lexus has a similar service. My car dies in my driveway. I call the 24 hr roadside number. Within 20 minutes "Lew" is at my door. He knew what was wrong immediately. Twenty years of goodwill built up with these two Lexus dealerships was shattered with the purchase of my current Lexus RX 450h from JM Lexus. I brought my vehicle in for the first service and was greater in their drive by the valets. They asked for my name and then brought my advisor right out to me at the car. We went over a few questions I had about my car, and then went into his office for the paperwork. Very quick and professional. The advisor told me about some of the features they had available in the dealer and I took advantage of the computers they have for you to use. I was able to actually work and make phone calls while my car was being serviced, great feature, no time lost from working. When my car was dne the same advisor reviewed my invoice which was nice and walked me to my car. I've never had service like this before, I think I will be staying with Lexus for a long time. More
