My appointment was on time! It was under the two hours they stated it would take! I absolutely love the idea that photos were sent to my phone showing the work in progress. I had used an outside vendor with my last vehicle and felt I was only charged for tire rotation since the tire with an issue was in the same position as when I dropped it off. Waiting room very clean and spacious. Coffee…ehh. The employees are extremely courteous. Starting with receiving my car and instructions on how the maintenance appointment will be handled. I especially found it refreshing that Chris had come out to me in the waiting room and then gave me additional information about my maintenance appointment and asked how he can help with any other issues. Upon completion, Chris again came to me and handed me my service slip, walked me to my car and introduced me to the gentleman who would correct my errors made in the “car play” app. I apologize for not recalling his name. He was 100% on top of his game!! And interestingly enough, I did not have to spend one minute waiting in a small office while my paperwork was processed; and then again on completion. That is the best! More
This was my first visit as an owner to Lexus of Palm Beach. After the guy met me outside and took my keys it was not clear what the next step was. I went inside. I walked around a bit. Got lost in the hallways. I eventually asked someone where the service department was. They pointed me towards the waiting room. I got a coffee and bagel. And someone "found" me. He said he would text me when the car was done. When he did I could not remember what aisle the office was in. And I did not get his name. So I had to ask again where the service department was. I eventually found the guy at an intersection. I was given my second key fob wrapped in plastic. When I got home I removed it from the plastic bag. There is no plastic keychain hook like my original key fob. Instead there is a hole in the plastic that looks like a piece is missing. So there is no way to attach it to a set of keys. I will eventually lose it. So I was very disappointed. I waited 7 months and got a defective key fob. More

I was approved by Dignifi and services were not honored, but taken from my account. The correct size/ brand tires (3) were not present and I had to wait for several hours for them to arrive. Worst Lexus dealer I have ever experienced with! I purchased my Lexus from a family member that had the car regularly services at treasure coast Lexus the car ZERO mechanical issues until I went to I purchased my Lexus from a family member that had the car regularly services at treasure coast Lexus the car ZERO mechanical issues until I went to Lexus of palm beach! They misdiagnosed my issue and caused damage that made me sell my vehicle due to the face I worried about my family's safety going forward. I had my 2009 LS 460L towed on my insurance that increased substantially because of these issues to this "dealership" for. thermostat replacement. Not only did they sell me a 5 hour job at a ridiculous, egregious rate for a $60.00 part.In the process of " replacing “ the thermostat the dealer broke the radiator! They told me it was fine to take home. I drove it home the next day the car over heated all the anit freeze drained from the damage done on the radiator when they took apart the front bumper to get to the thermostat! hence why the charged 5 hours of labor due to taking apart the bumper and radiator. Not only did unscrupulous auto group take no responsibility for this damage they did me a favor by reducing the labor fee so I only paid $1,300 for a radiator what a nice gesture! Not only did they acknowledge they could have been at fault hence why they reduced the "labor" costs. I had to go back again to unscrupulous auto group for a oil a change and miraculously the windshield pump was miraculously damaged in the same area’s of the 2 previous misdiagnosed and botched work. No lie I left the Lexus unscrupulous auto group, went to schumacher audi and VW traded in car for the qoute Lexus of palm beach offered me before the windshield issue of $10,000, when I told the unscrupulous auto group I don’t want my family in that car ever again do to your negligent and possible catastrophic engine damage when it over heated and not trusting the next job they would try to sell me, they told me after the windshield issue they would only offer me $7,000! More
