Had an 8 AM appt and waited 3 hours for them to check my battery that was under warranty. Nothing wrong the first pass on the troubleshooting, then my car would not start after they finished washing it. Bac battery that was under warranty. My appointment was on time! It was under the two hours they stated it would take! I absolutely love the idea that photos were sent to my phone showing the work in progress. I had used an outside vendor with my last vehicle and felt I was only charged for tire rotation since the tire with an issue was in the same position as when I dropped it off. Waiting room very clean and spacious. Coffee…ehh. The employees are extremely courteous. Starting with receiving my car and instructions on how the maintenance appointment will be handled. I especially found it refreshing that Chris had come out to me in the waiting room and then gave me additional information about my maintenance appointment and asked how he can help with any other issues. Upon completion, Chris again came to me and handed me my service slip, walked me to my car and introduced me to the gentleman who would correct my errors made in the “car play” app. I apologize for not recalling his name. He was 100% on top of his game!! And interestingly enough, I did not have to spend one minute waiting in a small office while my paperwork was processed; and then again on completion.
