My service advisor is nice and honest. He informed me upon inspection what should be done to my vehicle with no pressure, but the cashier named Arlington Spencer is rude and disrespectful. I came and stood in front of him, but the man didn’t bother looking up and care that he has a customer. He was playing with his phone until I called him out. After I told him what part I looked for, he went to the back to get it. When came back the man threw it, I really meant he threw it, on the counter in front of me as if he threw a dog a bone. I can’t believe Lexus of Palm Beach has an employee like that one to serve it’s customer. More
