My experience was disappointing with service. I’ve purchased 3 Lexus vehicles here, the most recent one needed a module replacement. While driving my LS, the radio stopped playing and the electrical system partially failed. I drove into the service dept. without an appointment and the response was immediate. I was introduced to your service rep Anthony Gordillo, who noted the problem and in less than an hour the problem was rectified and I was on my way home. Anthony advised me the problem may occur again, and if so, to call him directly and he would order the necessary part for a permanent fix. I have been a customer of this dealership for over twenty years with about eight or nine vehicles and service has always been extraordinary. Kudos to Anthony Gordillo for helping to make my day. He's a pleasure to work with, and an excellent Lexus rep. More
