My experience was disappointing with service. I’ve purchased 3 Lexus vehicles here, the most recent one needed a module replacement. While driving my LS, the radio stopped playing and the electrical system partially failed. I drove into the service dept. without an appointment and the response was immediate. Anthony advised me the problem may occur again, and if so, to call him directly and he would order the necessary part for a permanent fix. I have been a customer of this dealership for over twenty years with about eight or nine vehicles and service has always been extraordinary. Kudos to Anthony Gordillo for helping to make my day.
