This earlier this month, We dropped of our Vehicle for a repair that was under warranty for scheduled appt. we were told it was a half day job. Returned the loaner the following day & our vehicle had not be repair that was under warranty for scheduled appt. we were told it was a half day job. Returned the loaner the following day & our vehicle had not been worked on. It took almost a week to get our car back after calling. Thank God that we were given a loaner. 3 star for lack of communication. Back in March, had maintenance service, price was outrageous, especially the labor charge. Can’t recall the advisor for March.
