Took my SC430 in for air bag recall Scott the service rep was very nice and I obtained a loaner since they said it might be awhile. Appointment was at 10:00 am and I received a call 2 and a half hours la rep was very nice and I obtained a loaner since they said it might be awhile. Appointment was at 10:00 am and I received a call 2 and a half hours later that it was done. Well they should have spent more time checking if all indicators on my car worked. As I was almost home I found out my dash and other instruments were out. So I turned around and spent 2 more hours at the dealership while they retraced their steps to figure out it was a fuse. A week later I had to return to the dealership b/c my top would not go up or down. Not a pleasant experience with Lexus of WPB to say the least. More

Leased a UX200 for daughter and neglected to get insurance on tires (run flat). With less than 900 miles, I got a large nail in right rear tire. I brought it to Lexus of Palm Beach at 5 pm and expec insurance on tires (run flat). With less than 900 miles, I got a large nail in right rear tire. I brought it to Lexus of Palm Beach at 5 pm and expected to go home by Uber and pay $350 for new tire. Instead, I was out by 6 pm and the manager was kind enough to do a full replacement tire for $0. In a time where Customer Service is embarrassingly bad across most service industries, I was blown away. My next car will be a Lexus and I will purchase from this dealership. More
