Lexus of Palm Beach is awesome place to buy and service your car. I recently had a slow leak in a tire and went as a walk in to the service department. My service manager, Rick, took my info and sent me your car. I recently had a slow leak in a tire and went as a walk in to the service department. My service manager, Rick, took my info and sent me to wait. I was there just over an hour and my tire was replaced. The nail made it unrepairable. Thankfully, I was encouraged to purchase the tire warrantee when I bought out my lease, so the visit did not cost me anything. Great service, always professional and I feel like the most important customer in the dealership. Highly recommend More

Our visit consisted of a 25,000-mile service, John the service tech told us about 1 hour and 1/2 wait, asked for a loaner car to spend time at the mall and was told no cars available. After waiting an ho service tech told us about 1 hour and 1/2 wait, asked for a loaner car to spend time at the mall and was told no cars available. After waiting an hour, we walked through the parking area. There must have been 12 different loaners. We were told they must have recently come in or they were reserved. We were duped and were very displeased that we sat in the waiting room for over an hour, remember we were only going to be away from the dealership for 2 hrs.
