First class, spotless facility with what amounts to a 1999 WiFi system with under 4mbps download speed. Folks, excellent Customer Satisfaction is dependent upon WiFi. I essentially lost 2 hours of prod 1999 WiFi system with under 4mbps download speed. Folks, excellent Customer Satisfaction is dependent upon WiFi. I essentially lost 2 hours of productive time and became annoyed. Fix this! Also, wonderful that there were ZERO distracting loud overhead PA announcements here. Incredible improvement over typical dark ages dealerships!! Lexus/Toyota Corp make the 5-star best cars on the planet...fix the WiFi and you have a 5-star dealership service experience. Had to bring my car in on the spur of the moment with no appointment for a dead battery. They were very prompt in getting to it and in the inspection of the car found the rear brakes to need replacement. Go appointment for a dead battery. The service advisor was attentive and kept me informed as to progress of the job. Only negative was that in my quote for the work the additional cost of battery installation and waste disposal were not mentioned- $100+. Altogether very satisfied. More
