Oil change and tire rotation was performed. Service manager was excellent, professional and friendly. Car was washed and delivered timely. This dealership was helpful when I recently went in to get a new battery and recall issue. They gave me a loaner which I needed because the work took longer than expected…they were short staffed because get a new battery and recall issue. Despite the challenges, Annette did all she could to make the experience easier. The only issue I have is that the Lexus roadside assistance is a separate entity and it’s difficult to get a hold of someone to help jump or tow your car. I had to go through my insurance. Lexus customer service used to be better than that…it was typically seamless and excellent. Again, Annette was awesome, but she could only do so much. More

I had to have my wife’s ES350 towed into the dealership because the battery died. They were so professional and quickly got me a service adviser.
