I visited Lexus of Palm Beach on October 11, 2021 regarding small cracks on the surface of the console just behind the stick shift of my 2020 NX300. An evaluation was done, and I was told they would consult with Lexus "officials" about the situation. A week went by and no one called me. I called the dealership myself, and to my relief, was told the part had arrived to fix the console and appointment for Oct. 21 was made. When I arrived, I was told that the console part would be replaced, and I was given a courtesy car until the following day. I picked up the car the following day and was amazed at the excellent job done to make the repair. Other than waiting a week for a phone call, my experience was very good. More

Our car was recently in for the 30,000 mile service by a dealer in MA and immediately after, we started having braking issues at high speed. Herby Boileau was wonderful. He listened to the issues my car was having and immediately suggested what the problem might be. He was correct and the issue was resolved, having been covered by warranty. We will be sure to have all our service done at Lexus of Palm Beach going forward! More
