My visit was horrible. My car was returned with the wipers higher than the typical level. They were right on my windshield. I asked to invite Joseph Ayash to help with this issue. He said that it all looks fine and it happens in my imagination only. Only after I showed him pictures of my car before and showed him other cars arround he aggreed that here might be some issue and he took my car back to the service. In the service they pushed wipers down and when he returned my car he agreed that they were in "winter mode". I noticed that the wiper from the driver side was still higher than typical. I asked him to fix it, instead of this he said that he will just invite manager who will talk with me. He was rude and agressive all the time. All this time Joseph Ayash was treating me like I am an idiot and it is nothing going on here. I have a driver license for 12 years and I know cars really well and I know what I'm talking about. His way of acting is totaly not acceptable. Only manager coulld make a right way of comunication and help me fix this problem. This is not the first time I have problems with your service department representative. I still remember the horrible accident which happend in Lexus of Miami a year ago, when your advicer disbalanced my wheels system and tried to make a financial advantage on me. When I invited my boyfriend who is a car enginner to help me to comunicated with him he tried to attack us yelling "who is it? make him go away!". I should have called police and make a legal case against this homophobic attack but the manager of Lexus of Miami offerred me a deal that they can give me new tires and change my stearing wheel that started to pill. In fact they changed only my tires but at least they did something. Also I'm not the trouble maker so I decided to let this situation go. Telling you honestly, now I have already 2 stressfull experiences where the representatives of your service department were involved. In both cases I came to Lexus for regual maintenance and did request to solve any problem because my car is in the perfect condition. And in both cases I got my car back badly cleaned, with the issues I didn't have before and a horrible aggressive attitude from your service advicers. To my opinion you don't prepare those people or give them any advices about comunications with their clients. I'm not sure if I want to be your client anymore. I don't need any strees or agression in the dealership services. It is unneseptable. You are not "uncle mo's garage service" to treat your clients like this, fail your agrements and show rude attitude. I pay you money for the quality service, not for the new problems with my car and rude comunication. More
