Service Advisor was great. Attentive and responsive. I had my 40,000 mile service and a Premium Detail. The outside of the car looked fine, the inside looked worse than I dropped it off. Work was not done! Problem persists. Two trips. Five and one-half hours spent at service, over two hours traveling. Two messages were left for two different service advisors. No return call. Car was repaired in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced. Service advisor Jeff Hernandez was excellent.
