I was an out of state customer and Chris Eggerts kept in contact with me and helped me throughout the buying process. Answered all my questions and concerns and even drove me to the bank so I can get my dow contact with me and helped me throughout the buying process. Answered all my questions and concerns and even drove me to the bank so I can get my down payment. Debra from the finance department walked me through some finance options and was very accommodating without any pressure to up sell any dealer installs. I was happy she help me find a finance options that worked for me. Sarah Sabrowski the title clerk was amazing. After the sales process she kept in contact with me by processing the paperwork for my out of state registration. She even got me another trip permit in case my plates hasn’t arrive yet. She went above and beyond. And before I left the dealership they got my car washed and a full tank of gas. The tank of gas was a big help since I was driving the car back to California. Overall a very stress free and great car buying experience. More
