At the time of sale he answered every question we had, was firm but not pushy and told us he would be available after purchase to help us excellent. We live across the mountain from the dealer and becuase of Daniels help we have not had to return to the dealer for answers to our questions. Even Whitaker was far and away the best car sales person we have ever worked with. It really felt his first objective was finding the right car for us and he was willing to take the time to do so. I just want to say that while I was going to purchase a car (used certified Lexus)at the dealership, I was treated well, however, upon waiting to sign papers, the car was damaged by their detail person rem car (used certified Lexus)at the dealership, I was treated well, however, upon waiting to sign papers, the car was damaged by their detail person removing an invisible bra from the hood which also removed paint - now it has to go for a repaint on the hood - now the car is damaged - and while at the shop for that repair more damage done to it on the back bumper ---- Once all is said and done - they were not willing to renegotiate the price since the damage and are wanting to sell it for full price to someone unsuspecting!! Buyer beware, I am not sure of the ethics at this dealership ---- Funny how phone calls were not returned on time etc. once we wanted the price dropped! I went elsewhere to buy my car! More

We found a used Mazda 3 online that was at the dealership as a trade in. From the moment we met Morgan he was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely fun to talk to. He was willing to look at various websites with us right there to compare pricing. We eventually came to a deal that we all felt happy with. The car had a small dent in the side that Morgan offered to have fixed at no cost to us and he was even willing to pick up and return the car from our house at our convenience for the repairs. Thank you Morgan and also Beau in financing for making the whole thing an unexpectedly pleasant way to spend a couple hours at a car dealership on a Monday night. We would like to thank Lana Tran and the sales tream for a most enjoyable evening, not only leaving with a beautiful car but a new and different experience in buying a car. First we came a little late [traffic] and Lana met us very pleasant, and not in a hurry. She let my wife and I test drive the car for around a half hour or more by ourselves. When we came back she was smiling and made us feel very comfortable not being in a hurry taking time even when it looked like they were closing. We came in already with a pre-purchase check to buy a car but, Lana explained they could possibly get a better rate and lower payment but we were very uneasy thinking they just wanted to get extra down payment and more. Not only did they get the lower rate, lower payment, gap insurance, personal plates ordered, all for less than we planned to spend. Lana Tran and Debra Alexander both stayed very late to help us. We will spread good news to our friends and family about the professional help and no pressure experience we had at Portland Lexus . PS. the coffee was very good. My Dad and I walked into Lexus of Portland and was immediately greeted by Ryon. He was great and worked with us the entire time to find a great car that fit our needs and price. We were able to see all the services (oil changes, spark plug changes etc. and carfax report) and the date when done on the used car we were looking at. They had done their own inspections and detailing and even ordered new floor mats (this was no extra cost to me). Price was excellent and was comparable to internet searches I had done previously. Overall, the car was perfect, clean and excellent condition, even though it was 10 years old. Before we left with the car they ran it through the car wash and filled up the tank, great service. Ryon was great and was able to answer all my questions and show us detailed vehicle history. He even called a few days later to make sure I was still happy with the purchase and if I had any questions. Great Service, great car and a great price. I'd recommend going to Lexus of Portland if you're going to purchase a car or suv. More
