The Lexus Staff are extremely awesome! I love them. My family and I dealt mostly with Evan and Debra. Evan was always making us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. I know Vic for more than a decade when I leased my first Lexus and after that experience I always ask for him to assist me on this, sometimes, difficult process. I have to mention that a did lease four cars from Lexus of Portland since 1999. Vic was there for me with his knowledge and professional guidance even when I stopped by just to look at the cars. I fell in love with this brand and part is Vic's "fault". I also send a friend that was looking for a car and Vic recommended a beautiful Lexus ES 330 which she bought and loves it. We went directly to the Lexus dealership this last time because of our first positive experience. When we decided to purchase a new (to us) SUV, we had three makes and models in mind, but settled on the RX 330 because of it's beauty, reliability and reputation. We were fortunate to find a 2005 and were gratified to read in Consumer's Guide that it particularly had a good review. Our sales person, Vic Kirma, was very friendly and committed to helping us decide on the vehicle that was right for us. He was willing to go the extra mile to make that possible. He made us feel a part of the Lexus of Portland extended family. He was genuine in his effort to make the best deal possible for us, but was also upfront about making a profit for the company; the best kind of employee. The other employees we came in contact with were also very pleasant, and the environment in the building comfortable. We will look forward to visiting Lexus of Portland, should the occasion arise in the future. More

We have not had a chance to experience the service provided, but from our buying experience, I would certainly recommend Evan and the dealership to anyone looking for a luxury SUV. More

I've been shopping for a used Honda Pilot online for weeks. So, when I found a 1-owner 2004 Honda Pilot on Cars.com yesterday at 6pm; I picked up the phone and called on it. Larry Zemliak at Lexus of weeks. So, when I found a 1-owner 2004 Honda Pilot on Cars.com yesterday at 6pm; I picked up the phone and called on it. Larry Zemliak at Lexus of Portland was on the other end of the line and told me he'd be there until 8pm if I wanted to take a test drive. So, I packed up my 2 dogs and drove in from Forest Grove for a test drive. When I got there, Larry had pulled the Pilot near the showroom door prior to my arrival -- even though I'd given no promise that I was coming. Nice. Larry and I went on a test drive and then Larry stayed until nearly 8.30pm answering all of my questions. He was helpful and even pointed out 2 defects I hadn't noticed - a piece missing from the roof rack and brake light out. He assured me he'd take care of those things for me "if we worked out a deal." This morning, I met e-LEMONators at Lexus of Portland so they could run diagnostics on the Pilot to ensure it wasn't a LEMON. It wasn't even in the citrus family! It's solid as a rock! So, I sat down with Larry and we made a deal. He was fair and made the process painless. He ordered a missing piece for the roof rack and an owner's manual and is having them shipped to my house. And, when they couldn't get the brake light fixed while I waited, Larry sent me on my way and personally brought the Pilot the 45+ minutes out to my home in Forest Grove this evening. Once here, he didn't stop with the great customer service....he took the time to program my garage door opener/Homelink. I couldn't be happier with my first car buying experience. It is clear that Larry takes pride in his work and aims to build a long-term customer base. 24 hours ago, I didn't know Larry. Now, he's my go-to guy for any future car purchases. Oh yeah, and Larry even refilled my dogs' water dish while we were there today. Need I say more? Go see Larry. PS - Ed Bauer and the other staff at Lexus of Portland were attentive to me (and my dogs) while we were there. They made my time at Lexus of Portland very pleasant and comfortable. More
