One recent visit to Lexus, while waiting for our daughter and son-in-law to purchase a new car from Vic, my wife and I were waiting and wondering around the dealership. Not one, but everyone working that day stopped to ask if we needed anything while we waited. I don't think that has every happened at any other dealerhips we've purchased cars from in the 40 years we've been married. It was not annoying to us, but a heartfelt gesture by all the Lexus staff, including the manager.
