We had a problem earlier in the week with a salesman (Rey) who really did not listen to our wants and needs and upper management(Mark and Adel) that seamed like they did not care about our situation. A week later, we went back to the dealership and spoke with John (a salesman manager) who said to come back and he would try and work out a deal for us. Our new salesman Sam Ali worked wonders for us, he worked very hard time get us the vehicle that we really wanted. Sam was excellent! Once we found the SUV that we liked, he went line by line on everything that the vehicle had and once we agreed, papers were signed and then Sam actually showed us all the features that our new vehicle had and how each item worked. To anyone who is interested in a Lexus vehicle, I highly recommend Sam Ali, I promise you will not be disappointed. Also, the service Advisors, and the guys in the parts department are also awesome!​ More
