Working with the Lexus of Riverside dealership was a pleasure. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional and my salesperson, Marcos Reyes Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and easy to pleasure. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional and my salesperson, Marcos Reyes Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and a good listener and went out of his way to be helpful, including giving me his cell phone number and as he lives near me and passes right by my neighborhood all the time offered to stop by if I ever needed some help with something about my car (i.e., setting up my garage door opener feature in the car and call him at any time if I had questions. I also had a great experience with Lisa Hamilton, the Finance Manager. She was quick and explained all the different maintenance options I could purchase, but didn't try to oversell, which I appreciate. Also, the manager, Danny, was helpful and fair with the trade-in value or my car aspect of the deal. I always bring my cars for service at the dealership and will do so when it needs service and will review the service department at that time.
