I brought my ES350 in to have an alarm installed. I also expressed concern about a squeaky belt sound under the hood. It was diagnosed and I was told it needs a new alternator and all new belts for a cost expressed concern about a squeaky belt sound under the hood. It was diagnosed and I was told it needs a new alternator and all new belts for a cost of over $3000! I told them I only had the car a couple weeks and that was not going to work. Well after VERY little discussion they agreed to cover the total cost and gave me a nice loaner car. To be honest I could have found a similar car for a little less but I felt Lexus of Sacramento would take care of my needs better. Boy was I right! Thanks guys... More

I went to Lexus of Sacramento to purchase an all-weather trunk liner for my 2021 es300h. I had checked with weathertech, but Lexus of Sacramento was about $50 bucks cheaper and they had one in stock. I've been a customer 16+ yrs. most of the time I've received service that met my expectations. The last 3 years, I've had a handful of isolated- I hope- issues, i.e. my 49r license plate frame was take received service that met my expectations. The last 3 years, I've had a handful of isolated- I hope- issues, i.e. my 49r license plate frame was taken from front of my car and a bag of quarters was stolen from my console. I reported, but no results. The latter situation (quarters) I was offered a $20 discount on next car service, but again, nothing resulted from that. More
