I was told my service would take 3-4 hours, but it took over 7 hours to complete. We bought the vehicle at the Sacramento-Lexus dealership, over a year now; The periodic-services were well handled, along with alerts & reminders. I took my brand new Lexus in at the agreed upon time to have a scratch repaired that was present when I bought it a week earlier. Upon arrival I was repeatedly told by multiple service members that “it wou have a scratch repaired that was present when I bought it a week earlier. Upon arrival I was repeatedly told by multiple service members that “it would be a long wait because everyone is at lunch.” The service manager eventually handled the situation and forced someone to help me but the two people who helped me were obviously put out. I overheard both of their original comments to the service tech earlier about me needing to wait. The repair was done and I got my car back without further incident , but I don’t know if I would go back to this dealer for sales or service in the future if that’s the kind of service I am to expect. More
