"Poor Customer Service After Leasing 5 Cars from this Dealers"

My Dad leased 5 Suv's from this dealership over the years and on his sixth one there was an overlap in one lease to the next. Both the Service Manager and the Salesman assured us this would be taken care of. It was not and the issue was submitted to a collection agency. Not would you would expect after so many years of loyalty to one particular dealership.

"A+ experience, in every capacity!!!"

A no pressure, professional, knowledgeable and all around wonderful experience!! On a whim, we went to Smithtown Lexus after a horrible experience at another Lexus dealership and we could not have been happier. Our salesman, Charles Greene was a breath of fresh air; so professional, cordial, extremely patient, personable, articulate and just all around a pleasure to work with. The dealership is a class act; every detail tended to. Highly recommend!!!

"Little things make a big difference"

Sales people were great, John Valven, and Shawn Janusz as well as Denise Plourde in Finance. We expected the car to be detailed before we picked it up, if it was it wasn't a very good job. Also thought the mats in the car should have been replaced, while it is a used car, for $ 26,988.00 I think the dealership could afford to put new mats in the car. The people we dealt with were great, they made the process very easy, but new mats and and having the car detailed would have made the whole experience perfect.

"Worst service experience ever"

They damaged and switched out parts from my car the next day after I purchased it in service and don't want to take responsibility for it. and was bought into service on a 2016 Lexus with 11k miles and L certified. I would have thought the mechanical issues would have been taken care of considering its L certified and should under go 161 multi point inspection but nope. And they scratched up my 4 window pillars and mirror covers as well numerous other parts

"EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATION"

I traveled quite a distance to Lexus of Smithtown and it was well worth the ride. From the receptionist to the salesperson Charles and financial manager Denise, I have never been treated so professionally and I have owned new Mercedes, Cadillac and Jaguar every couple of years since 1970. This was my granddaughters first visit to a car dealership and at the age of nineteen she was lucky to have the care and guidance of Denise and Charles. While it seemed there were many obstacles in the transaction yet at each juncture both of these individuals had the expertise to overcome anything that appeared negative. For the record I am a retired New York City Police Lieutenant, practicing attorney and Professor at a major University, have interfaced at every level of society and I have nothing but respect for Denise and Charles. In a bureaucracy such as a large dealership it is people that make the difference. Lexus of Smithtown has the people, take advantage and you will be well pleased.
