Dina, the Dealership's CEO came out of her office to help me. She introduced me to the car and then arrange to have two outstanding employees help me when I returned for a test drive. Then I was introduced to Denise Plombe who helped me find the car of my choice in a price bracket that I could afford. She was friendly, helpful and spend time helping me find a car that would fit my price point. The fella who complimented these two wonderful woman was Abbas Rajani. He is Lexus of Smithtown's best ambassador. He drove with me while I test drove the car. He talked about the car's assets in a knowledgeable manner,using words I could understand. He was totally transparent. When I purchased the car, Abbas was the person who sat with me for 2 hours explaining every detail and when I had difficulty programing my garage door opener with my new RX 350, Abbas made a house call. He is a wonderful young man who is a Lexus expert. There is no question too silly for him to answer. He is patient, outgoing and follows through on what he says he will do. Yes!
